PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Reading, RG1
Salary: £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are seeking a highly organised, experienced ResidentialProperty Manager who is looking to forge a career within a long-established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in the Surrey/ Berkshireboarders.
You will have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way. You will need to be highly organised, work well under pressure and be able to multitask effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential Property Management and have a full UK driving licence.
The Company: Our client is an independent award-winning Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Surrey / Berkshire borders who take pride in mentoring and developing their staff.
Skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
- Experience in Property Management
- An understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
- Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service.
- Have excellent inter-personal skills.
- A superb, professional telephone manner
- Have outstanding organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
