Our client, a quintessential name in Real Estate and property management, are seeking to recruit a Technical Services Manager for a role based in Reading, Berkshire.

About the RoleWorking closely with Property Management colleagues, you will manage technical services through the effective management of contractors/service providers - to ensure M&E Assets perform optimally, minimise downtime/asset failures, drive compliance/health & safety, and help realise energy savings/implement sustainable solutions. Additional duties will include engaging/building relationships with tenants and clients, overseeing various projects, and provide general technical support to colleagues and clients.

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have a solid building services background, with either mechanical or electrical qualifications, broad FM experience, service charge or profit and loss experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to develop client and colleague relationships are essential.
