Salary: Circa £30,000 plus commission

Are you a hardworking, self-motivated, and tenacious salesperson with experience in the new homes market and Shared Ownership? We are seeking an ambitious individual with a proven track record of meeting targets in a demanding sales environment. You should have experience as a sales associate for a house builder or housing association and a strong ability to deliver high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers throughout the sales journey and progress sales
  • Ensure the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage the sales database and keep it updated
  • Meet and greet customers on site
  • Qualify customer requirements and handle incoming sales inquiries
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Maintain stock unit presentation

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in Shared Ownership
  • First-class negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in high-end property sales, preferably within new homes
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, and in-house CRM
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively
  • Team player with a flexible approach
  • Available to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Access to own transport
