- Generates profitable new business through proactive prospecting

- Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centre’s success through P&L management
- Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin.
- Maximizes occupancy, rate, rent roll and profitability of the centre by proactively managing customers expansion requirements.
- Regularly participate in the monthly centre business review process, account for profit and loss and drive agreed actions to enhance centre performance
- Ensure centre debt is regularly reviewed and all invoices are resolved in line with budget
- Overall responsibility for the centre: invoicing, maintenance, IT, and cleaning standards
- Liaising directly with local and national contractors to ensure all building works are carried out to schedule.
- Focus on meeting customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
- Ensure the centre team is delivering exceptional customer service and that the customer needs are handled effectively and efficiently
- Proven experience in a similar role ideally within property
- B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to manage a small team
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Driving licence desirable
