Our client is an industry leading independent estate agency with a network of branches in the South. An experienced Lettings Negotiator is required to join their fantastic firm in Reading. Well known for their dedication to their staff, landlords and tenants, this company aims to strive to exceed expectations through service.Key responsibilities to include:

  • Register new prospective tenants and book appointments.
  • Process email communications requesting lettings services.
  • Business Generation & Negotiations.
  • Conduct viewings of current and proposed properties, ensuring direct interaction with tenants and landlords.
  • Landlord retention using IT systems to ensure data is captured and used in a manner to ensure excellent recording and productivity with the office.
  • Work with the maintenance team to support them with repairs and emergency building issues.
  • Landlord & tenants advice ·Ready to take the next step conducting rental valuations if not already doing so.

The ideal candidate:

  • Well-presented with excellent communication and written skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year’s lettings, organised with a good attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of the current lettings and property. management legislation Honest and trustworthy and dedicated to delivering first class customer service.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and be a friendly and approachable team member and player.
  • Have a full UK licence and own car to use for work purposes.
