Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering a flawless premium in-office experience to all those on-site – whether guests or colleagues. This role actively embodies the client's culture and standards by creating a positive, supportive, and respectful working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Deliver an exceptional, seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Professional & Hospitable: Ensure all guests receive personalized service in a high-end environment.
  • Impeccable Presence: Create a refined and inviting atmosphere, assisting guests with bespoke requests.
  • Anticipate Needs: Deliver tailored support and uphold the highest standards of service, appearance, and etiquette.
  • Ambassador: Welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring comfort throughout their visit.
  • Positive Atmosphere: Set the tone for the office with a happy and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with the Hospitality & Events team to ensure events are presented professionally.
  • Meeting Room Management: Ensure meeting rooms are stocked, set up, and ready for use.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office.
  • New Team Members: Provide office tours and assist with integration and workstation setup.
  • Post Management: Open and distribute post, ensuring outgoing post is collected each day.
  • Consumables Management: Maintain appropriate levels of consumables within the office.
  • Business Requests: Liaise with the Central Team on maintenance issues, courier requests, and equipment needs.
  • Daily Audits: Conduct daily audits of key equipment and prepare seating plans as needed.

Skills & Experience

  • Impeccable Presentation: Adhere to a strict dress code and uniform requirements.
  • Exceptional Communication: Written and verbal skills.
  • Discretion: Handle confidential information with sensitivity.
