Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location - Reading Office
Package - £24k basic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K, Year 3 OTE £60K)
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:
This is a great opportunity to work with an established Recruitment agency, who specialise in recruiting across the technology, create and engineering market places. They are well established and have 6 global offices across the UK and America, with a fantastic training academy in place where they have won investors In people award 5times.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Sourcing international tech talent that matches our clients' briefs
- Personalising outreach to each candidate through Inmail, email, video and calls
- Updating clients on hiring projects
- Managing candidates through interview processes
- Delivering job offers to candidates
- Strategic and consultative approach NOT phone bashing

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements:
- Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
- You will know exactly what you want to achieve and where you want to go next with a clear road map of personal and career goals
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution focused attitude
- Motivated to hit KPIs
- Be able to collaborate well within a team
