Package: £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 earnings: £35K)

Our client was established 10 years ago and are a global recruitment consultancy specialising in advanced technology, engineering and international construction across all major UK cities, Germany and North America. Having just moved into a brand new office space to support the business growth, they are looking for experienced consultants to join their team.

The Role:

  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Process management: Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media
  • Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
