Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £23-£25K Base Salary (£40K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 2, £80K + OTE Year 3)

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will establish and maintain relationships on a B2B level, mastering your craft and becoming the go to Consultant in your niche.

My client covers an array of vertical markets in the Technology and Engineering space, specialising in bridging the gap between hypergrowth clients and high level talent in the market.

It is your responsibility to sell your clients to your candidates and vice versa, as well as pitching your own services to all parties involved.

As well as building longstanding partnerships over the phone, you will meet with your clients in-person and use your account management acumen to grow revenue from your existing customers.

This is a dual sales role that requires agility, negotiation and resilience.
