Here you will be placing tech professionals into the financial services. The recent success has allowed the business to double in size over the last 2 years facilitating a 2022 turnover of £20million. It is an incredibly exciting time to join the business with expansion plans firmly on the horizons - already expanding into North America this year; and it won’t stop there. To continue building the best recruitment agency internationally, they are seeking experienced consultants to start developing the best up and coming talent.

The Requirements: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

You do not need any prior experience! However, the company are looking for ambitious individuals who have:

- Recently graduated with a 2:1 minimum OR 1 - 2 years B2B Sales experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Great organisational skills

- A competitive nature

- A sense of achievement

- Unrivalled work ethic

The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

- Headhunting senior figures using targeted search approach.

- Screening candidates over the phone.

- Building relationships with candidates and clients.

- Guiding and supporting them throughout the interview process.

- Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.

- Working towards daily KPIs, incentive related and promotional targets.

- Developing your own personal brand and becoming an expert in your market niche.
