£24K-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission. Estimated Year 1 Earnings: £35K, Year 2 £45K, Year 3 £60K.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies using LinkedIn.
- Writing and marketing adverts.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
