What Will You Be Doing?

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies using LinkedIn.
  • Writing and marketing adverts.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Managing your candidate database.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
