The Role
- Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
- Guiding candidates through the interview process
- Account management
- Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
- Closing business deals
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
The Requirements
- Degree Educated OR B2B Sales experience (One of the two required)
- MUST be prepared to pick up the phones
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Tenacious attitude
- Ambitious character with clear career goals
- Competitive nature / Sporting background
