What You'll Be Doing:Working on the candidate-led Accountancy Practice specialism you'll focus on sourcing and speccing candidates into a wide range of practice types, from small, one-partner practices, through to the biggest accounting firms - including the big four. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of candidate attraction and management specialising with accounting professionals ranging from juniors and assistants all the way through to partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with job opportunities. Prepare and promote candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly.
- Key Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
