As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. Blue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider. Blue Arrow specialises in staffing for Admin & Secretarial including Call Centre, Transport & Logistics, Hospitality & Catering, Manufacturing & Production and Public Sector.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include:

Proactively developing new and existing industrial business
Business to business outbound sales calls and working to targets
Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will be a driver and have access to your own car
Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
Managing existing Accounts and relationships
Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
