Package- £25K basic salary + uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE) (Year 2 OTE £50K)

With 6 international offices across Reading, London, Manchester, New York and Austin, they support fast growing companies and have an extensive client base. This client is ambitious, with big plans to expand organically, always recruiting from within. The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

Degree educated or sales experience or commerical experience
Excellent organisational skills
Financially motivated
Great communication skills
String work ethic
Competitive and ambitious
