Our highly successful Thames Valley office is keen to hire progressive sales professionals to add to an award winning team on both permanent and temporary lines of business, and we can offer great packages, industry leading commission plans, continued development, unlimited career paths (UK and International) and a brilliant culture.Our two multi-award winning Managers with over a decade of experience each are looking to work alongside enthusiastic and driven individuals that want to take their career and personal earnings to the next level.This would be a "360" recruitment role that would see you developing both candidate and client relationships across the Thames Valley, Surrey, South Coast and Greater London regions, through both at desk sales work and through face to face meetings, developing your personal network and collaboration with our internal teams.

This is a KPI driven role that will push you out of your comfort zone, but that can offer unlimited reward!

A highly competitive base salary of between £25,000 P/A and £40,000 P/A based on experience
A market leading, uncapped commission structure that for high performers can exceed six figures P/A
