Duties of a Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

* Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
* Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
* Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations

The ideal Recruitment Consultant:

* Proven resourcer or sales professional or someone who has worked towards deadlines or in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Has a can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
* Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative
