Reed Education in Reading is an established, successful and fun team who are looking for an additional team member due the growth of one of our desks!

You will be managing a big business spoke so experience from recruitment/sales/estate agency or similar will support with this transition. You will manage the existing schools meeting with them, identifying the right staff for them, and then feed them through.

There is the opportunity to earn 40k in bonus for this desk – easily!

If you are from an education/teaching background, then we also want to hear from you. We have recruited ex-teachers previously who have gone onto be high billers, or into management. There is currently an ex-teacher in the team who is doing very well indeed!
