Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Client Relationship building - understanding their hiring needs and business goals
  • Candidate Sourcing - Attracting and identifying the best talent on the market via numerous avenues such as job applications, job boards, social media and networking
  • Screening, assessing suitability, CV advisory and more
  • Negotiation - with clients and candidates regarding employment terms, salaries, offers etc.
  • Market Research - staying updated with industry trends, global affairs and local market knowledge
  • Business Development - working with new businesses, pitching recruitment services and more

Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Strong Communication - able to build rapport quickly and carry the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Organised - managing multiple workload streams, working with a large database of candidates and booking appropriate time with clients and consultants
  • Adaptable - recruitment can change very quickly, so working closely with market shifts and evolving with client needs

  • Happy to commute to Reading (or our other offices including Oxford, Weybridge and London)

Job Offer

Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Full Time, Permanent Position (flexible working hours - 37.5 hours per week, core hours being 10:00am - 4:00pm)
  • Typically office based 4 days per week with WFH on Friday
  • Uncapped Commission + Base Salary (DOE)
  • 25 days + Bank Holiday with the ability to buy/sell days, increasing with length of service
  • Centre of Reading location - attached to the central train station
