Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Civils & Groundworks - Reading

25k-30k per annum (DOE) OTE 60K-80K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

Following another successful year, we are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant or sales professional to join our team in Reading. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with established accounts on a warm desk with live vacancies and clients. We are looking for a driven individual to learn the workings of recruitment whilst growing and maintaining this desk, with the potential to progress into a senior position.

Your impact/duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
