What You’ll Be Doing:

Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the tech sector
Staying informed on the latest industry insights and market shifts
Proactively developing new business through strategic outreach and networking
Sourcing top talent using headhunting techniques, referrals, and targeted campaigns
Creating compelling job ads and building your personal brand in your niche market
Mastering consultative selling and negotiating terms with clients
Working collaboratively with your team to grow, learn, and share success
