Driver Hire Reading are currently recruiting for Recycling Operative to work with our customer, who is a market leading company in the recycling of electronic equipment.
Job description
Our customer provides a dynamic and stimulating place to work, and are looking to expand their team. They manage the collection, processing and recycling of electronic equipment from hair dryers to computers to server rooms. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Sorting through materials.
- Working in a small team to segregate waste.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
- Using hand tools where necessary.
- Adhering to Health and Safety rules, following the companies Standard Operating Procedures.

The working hours are 36.5 hours a week:
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00. Friday 08:30 - 16:00 with an hour lunch break
All employees are DBS checked due to the nature of some of our customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50 per hour
