MBA are excited to be working with a client who is one of the UK’s largest Toyota and Lexus dealerships. They are looking for a SMART Repair Technician to join their experienced team out of their dealership in Reading.#As a Smart Repair technician, you will play a very important role in within our growing business. You will be required to have a good all-round knowledge of the role, from alloy wheel to bodywork paint repairs as well as be highly organised with a flexible approach to your workload. You should be able to work without supervision against a varied workload whilst continually exceeding customer expectations.What we need

Liaise with customers where appropriate.
Where it is required, offer customers a detailed explanation in an easy way to understand.
Listen to the customer and build rapport in order to provide complete customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain new practices in order to optimise quality of service.
Ability to take payment and raise relevant invoice.

Your Skills

Relevant experience as a Smart Repair Technician
Relevant experience in a Bodyshop environment.
Be able to interact with customers to deliver a great service.
Work efficiently under pressure.
