Your New Role

As the Compliance Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting compliance activities to ensure they meet contractual obligations. You will be collaborating closely with the Compliance Team. Your main task will be to audit all compliance records and activities, both self-delivered and outsourced, to determine the compliance status throughout the contract with the client. You will ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and clearly documented, with records maintained in an organised library for easy access. You will work with the Compliance Manager and Compliance Team to ensure ongoing activities meet all required standards. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and seek innovative ways to streamline compliance processes. Promoting a strong safety culture in line with the organisation's values and the Be There for Life framework will also be a key aspect of your role.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should have a solid technical background and proven experience in compliance. Experience in compliance auditing and contract mobilisation and demobilisation is beneficial. A thorough understanding of compliance ACOPs and statutory legislation is essential as well as experience in M&E. You should be knowledgeable about compliance systems and auditing, and capable of managing internal customer relationships. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others are crucial. You should have experience of setting and achieving sustainable compliance objectives, commercial awareness, and excellent presentation and influencing skills. Experience of mobilising and demobilising contracts, the ability to lead and work in cross-functional teams, and strong analytical skills are also required. A valid full driving licence is necessary. You should be innovative, willing to challenge the status quo, and have a proactive attitude towards driving improvement.

What You'll Get in Return

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. You will receive a salary of up 50,000 and a benefits package, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the compliance and safety culture within the clients' account.
