Role Purpose
Provide regulatory compliance support to help the firm meet risk mitigation goals and deliver positive customer outcomes. Identify trends and opportunities to ensure a high-quality service and establish the brand as a market leader for directly authorised firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive compliance support tailored to client needs and objectives, ensuring good customer outcomes.
• Produce reports and action plans with practical compliance solutions for clients.
• Provide feedback to improve internal documentation and service quality.
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with stakeholders.
• Continuously develop technical and regulatory expertise.
• Identify and support the development of additional services for clients.
• Assist with contract renewals and manage retention risks.
• Support client training and represent the company at internal and industry events.
• Engage in business projects to meet client needs and company objectives.

Essential Skills

• You will require an awareness of operational and regulatory risk, which may impact the business and its Directly Authorised clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to negotiate and influence clients
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient IT skills and ability to learn new systems

Knowledge Requirements

• Solid understanding of FCA rules and principles
