Assistant Ops Manager - Fast Food Restaurants
Location - Oxford, Aldershot, Basingstoke, Slough, London, Beaconsfield, Swindon, Southampton.

The Company
We supply catering equipment to the quick service restaurant sector of the foodservice industry, we have been established in this industry and bring a depth of knowledge which allows us to support our client’s delivery the best service they can, with a strong performance in 2023 and the first part of 2024 we are looking to strength our restaurant training capabilities for our customers.
The Role
As our Assistant Ops Manager, you will be shadowing the current ops manager for the next 18 months, where your responsible for conducting training sessions for new stores, as well as providing ongoing training for existing stores. You will deliver training to enhance staff standards and service speed, in addition to auditing the restaurants. This is a UK-based role, but there will be global travel requirements every 2 - 3 months, lasting up to 3 weeks, so a willingness to travel is essential
The Person
Do you have a background in Quick Service Restaurants, are you a Shift Supervisor, Shift Leader, Team Leader, Assistant Manager. We would like to speak with you. Candidates with a military background, accustomed to a fast-paced kitchen environment, are also desirable. You must be willing to travel for this role, as there will be global travel requirements and extended periods away from home.
