The role of the Account Manager is to manage and drive the sales effort across all Services and Solutions, Partnership and Alliances.
The candidate should have great networking skills and understanding of UK and European market
Individual should have good knowledge of selling in the Consumer Services or Hi-tech, proven track records to demonstrate this.
Sales Strategy and Account planning ensuring a comprehensive sales strategy by sector built from the growth targets.
The candidate should have experience of working with large global clients.
Understanding of Gross Margin and a good mix of offshore and Onshore capacity planning.
Working in conjunction with the other Sales and Presales Managers/ Directors/ VPs to ensure key learnings and practices are embedded into the UK operation.
Provide stakeholders and senior management with regular status reports and management information demonstrating performance and progress within the sales function.
Excellent Stakeholder Management and Prior experience in dealing with varied stake holders at various levels.
Individuals should be able to independently manage the initial pitch meeting.

Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
The candidate has experience resolving client escalations and working across multiple functions within a matrix setup.
Candidate should independently drive opportunities from prospecting to closure stage.
