About the Role:
The goal of this position is to generate new business for the company. You will split your time between the main office in Reading, various locations around London, and the South East, meeting with clients to drive business growth. You'll be responsible for managing your weekly schedule, with a strong focus on booking and attending client meetings to expand the company's portfolio.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales/business development for a fit-out or design and build contractor
- Established network of contacts, including landlords, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors in the London market.
