My IT Services Client are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them on a hybrid basis.

They are looking for someone from an IT sales background (preferably services) who has experience drumming up new business and working towards sales targets.

You will work with them in their Berkshire offices 2-3 days a week and be home based/client site based for the other two.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for things such as:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
