Business Development Manager
We are an established company within the fire protection industry, currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This home-based role is essential to our growth strategy, focusing on driving revenue and building relationships with clients across high-stakes environments such as multi-site properties and large facilities. This role offers a salary of £45 55k, car allowance, and a performance-driven incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new business in the fire protection industry.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships within high-compliance sectors such as large-scale buildings and managed facilities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored fire protection solutions.

- Demonstrated success in business development, ideally within the fire protection or a related safety industry.
