Position: Retail Assistant
Duration: Long term
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our client's team for a short-term cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the shop management team in daily operations.
- Drive and exceed sales targets.
- Supervise volunteers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to represent our client on the high street.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
- Flexibility to work weekends and additional hours as needed.
- Manual handling and computer skills.
- Ability to manage difficult or challenging customers.
- Willingness to work in cramped conditions occasionally.
Note: This is a long term position with a varied working pattern, including regular weekend shifts.
