Finance Officer - Reading - 6-month contract (potential to go permanent) - £31.000 per annum + 10% bonus
I am currently recruiting for a small charity who require a Finance Officer on an initial 6 month contract. This is a varied role working for a charity that is at the heart of the local community.
Key duties:
- Processing of all invoices onto Sage
- Processing Employee Expenses
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Processing Payments to Suppliers/Employees
- Reconciliation of Company Credit Cards
- Processing Payroll on Sage Payroll
- Responsible for Petty Cash
- Liaison with Suppliers/Employees and Maintenance of Supplier/Employees Accounts
- Dealing with Credit Control
- Ad - hoc duties
What you will need to be successful:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Team player
- Available at short notice
