Day-to-day of the role:- Design and deliver inspiring maths lessons that adhere to the national curriculum.
- Foster a stimulating classroom environment that promotes enthusiasm for learning maths.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop new curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Participate in and organise mathematics workshops and school events.
- Engage with continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching practice.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in teaching maths at secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the latest curriculum and teaching techniques.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
