We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Reading, Berkshire. About the Role:
- Teach Science at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
- Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge students.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support students in achieving their academic potential.
- Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management strategies.
- Take on standard teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and attending staff meetings.
About You:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be in the process of obtaining it.
- A passion for teaching Science and inspiring students to develop an interest in the subject.
- Experience in teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).
- A proactive and positive approach to classroom management and lesson delivery.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
