With a strong pipeline of projects locked in for the localarea this builder is expanding their local team with a new Mechanical MEP Construction Manager postionbeing established in the business due to ongoing growth in the region.
The builder has been established for 100+ years, had strong year to year profit whilst building long lasting relationships with key stakeholders across Life & Science, Commercial, Industrial, Defence, Residential, Healthcare and Retail sectors.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced delivery focused MechanicalMEP Construction Managerto work on a flagship 100m project in Reading.
In this role you willbe supported onsite by a Senior Building Services Manager and MEP Directorwith your scope focused on working with subcontractors to hit program, quaility control, technical submissions and build relationships withproject stakeholders.
