As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering an exemplary pharmacy service in line with current legislation and professional standards.
- Providing advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients for the safe and cost-effective use of medicines.
- Leading, motivating, and managing the pharmacy team with excellent leadership.
- Advising on the safe management of medicines across the hospital.
- Leading quality improvement projects and audits within the pharmacy.
- Promoting a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery.
The Pharmacy Manager role comes with an attractive package, including:
