Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee all retail operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and health & safety compliance.
• Train, develop, and empower your team to drive high performance and career growth.
• Ensure high standards of retail presentation and store layout, making sure everything is aligned with company standards.
• Manage store performance, including reporting on sales, stock levels, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Work effectively under pressure during peak trading times, ensuring the store operates smoothly and customer expectations are exceeded.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory role within a retail setting, preferably with a background in fast-paced or discount retail environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate staff.
• A proactive approach, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
