Are you a recent graduate passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people? Whether your background is in Youth and Community Studies, Criminology, Psychology, or the Humanities, this Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role in Reading offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students facing complex emotional and social challenges.
This role goes beyond academic support – it’s about prioritising mental health, fostering resilience, and empowering young people to overcome the barriers they face. Your empathy, patience, and ability to connect will be crucial in helping these young people navigate their challenges and realise their potential.
