We are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our Reading team in the position of a Behaviour Support Worker in November2024. The role is based within our specialist education setting, catering to students aged 5-16 years old. The Behaviour Support Worker role is all about building relationships, encouraging independence and engagingstudents in their education.

  • Supporting learners who are facing challenges regarding behaviour management
  • Assisting students learning healthy coping mechanisms and emotional regulation
  • Tracking progress and implementing education plans
  • Use effective communication skills to resolve conflicts
  • Encourage independence and engagement with learning material

Experience supporting children on a personal or professional level is very beneficial but not mandatory. Relevant education or previous experience is welcomed.
