We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCA) and Support Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care, home care support, and residential care to individuals in their own homes and assisted living settings.

?? Your Responsibilities:
? Personal Care - Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility? Medication Support - Administering or prompting medication as required? Companionship & Support - Engaging in meaningful activities with clients? Care Planning - Working with families and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care? End-of-Life & Palliative Care - Providing comfort and dignity to individuals in need? CQC Standards & Safeguarding - Ensuring high-quality care and safety at all times
? What We're Looking For:
?? Experience in domiciliary care, residential care, or community care work?? A Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)?? A caring, empathetic, and professional approach?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team?? Knowledge of CQC standards and best care practices
