Your Role as an Mental Health Education Support
- Support students with mental health needs through tailored interventions.
- Help students build essential life and social skills, inside and outside the classroom.
- Assist with the KS1 curriculum, fostering an environment that encourages learning and development.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
What We're Looking For
You're the perfect Mortimer, Reading candidate if you:
- Hold a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling.
- Have a passion for working with children and young people.
- Are empathetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Have previous experience working with children (preferred, but not essential).
- Can commit to a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8:30 am-3:30 pm).
- Are willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
