My client is a well-established domiciliary care provider based in Reading, looking to hire a Senior Care Worker to join their team on a full-time, permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 30 hours of hands-on care to clients within their homes, ensuring a compassionate and professional service.
  • Complete 10 hours of office-based duties each week, including the supervision, mentoring, and development of care staff.
  • Be responsible for scheduling, rostering, and coordinating the care team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take part in on-call duties, paid at £12.50 per hour, with an additional £500/week for being on-call.
  • Assist in conducting assessments, writing care plans, and ensuring compliance with all care regulations.
  • Support with office administration tasks, including managing records, reports, and communicating with clients and families.
