The school focus on providing a safe environment for children with social, emotional and mental health needs to access education and learn independence. The Student Mental Health Worker role will consist of providing consistent support and encouragement to children on a 1-1 basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping these children achieve their potential, coaching them through self-regulation techniques, healthy coping mechanisms and identifying triggers in advance.
