Youth Support Worker - Reading

A lovely school are looking for a youth support worker to join them starting asap!

They need someone to come in and support their students with the various challenges they are facing. These students are having trouble processing and regulating their emotions, engaging in the classroom and lessons and finding healthy ways to cope.

You will be involved in the development of student's social skills, emotional regulation and academic engagement through the use of restorative practices, all in a supportive and nurturing environment. You will also collaborate with the school team to identify triggers and develop proactive approaches to behaviour management and healthy emotional and social interactions.
