The Role - Field Service Team Leader, Medical Diagnostics
You will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day organisation and management of the field service engineering teams
- Organisation of the PPM schedules and service visits
- Overseeing stock control and ordering spare parts
- Updating the service database and using management tools to review the service team performance
Your Background - Field Service Team Leader, Medical Diagnostics
To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- HNC in electronics or another relevant technical discipline
- Previous field service experience within a high technology service environment
- Senior engineering, mentoring or team leader experience would be preferred
- Knowledge of the medical diagnostics, laboratory or scientific fields would be advantageous but is not essential
- Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer facing environments
- Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
- Full UK driving licence
