NonStop Care is currently working with a local authority in the Berkshire area seeking a statutory Team Manager to oversee a long-term/ multi-disciplinary teamThis is an excellent opportunity to work with an authority which offers home working flexibility and freedom to manage your own workload, giving you a better work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
As Team Manager you will oversee a team of 5 Experienced Social Workers. Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service.
The Team Manager will positively influence the development of their team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.
Here you will gain additional support through working closely with the Children With Disabilities, Assessment, and Looked After Children's Team.
