An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as an Service Co-ordinator Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Ideally, you have worked in the Audio/Visual sector

As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Consider labour required and if applicable, negotiate pricing for the work

  • Check site minutes for dates/changes to work required

  • Arrange access times, access equipment and permits (if required)

  • Purchase equipment and/or arrange delivery with Warehouse

  • Issue Health & Safety documentation to contractors and customers head office

  • Keep customers/shopfitters/ account managers up to date with progress and troubleshoot problems on site

  • Raise purchase orders for sub contract labour, facilitate work sheets and job completion ready for billing

  • Update the call history using the in-house Optim/IR system and Verisae

  • Facilitate customers computer systems, keeping records up to date and providing assistance to other team members on troubleshooting operating problems
