An outstanding specialist school in Reading are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant/Aspiring Youth Justice Worker to join them immediately. All the students have social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and associated challenging behaviours. The school are therefore looking for a Learning Support Assistant who is knowledgeable about Psychology or Criminology, and has a passion for helping young people make positive choices!

This Specialist School have a deep focus on addressing the educational, social and therapeutic needs of each student, focusing on individual happiness and well-being where students can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The ideal Aspiring Youth Justice Worker will have excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, empathy and previous experience working with children.
