Location: Reading (On-site only)

Are you an experienced Mental Health Social Worker with a background or interest in forensic settings? We’re looking for a dedicated Forensic Social Worker to join a forensic team in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive social work support to patients.
  • Conduct assessments, coordinate care, and contribute to care planning for individuals with complex mental health needs within a secure setting.
  • Participate actively in MDT meetings, ensuring all social care needs are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Mental Health Social Work experience.
  • Ideal: Previous experience in forensic settings.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within an MDT.
