Fostering Panel Advisor - Hybrid - Good Ofsted local authority
NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted Local Authority, based in the Berkshire area, who are looking for an experienced fostering panel advisor to join their service! This position within an expanding service will give you a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior management & have fantastic input on the support of service users.
This position is offering flexible hybrid working options, with no set days required in office - allowing you the opportunity to completely manage your own caseload & diary, which will help you to create a fantastic work life balance.
This local authority & service has recently achieved a "Good" Ofsted result, allowing you the comfort of knowing they adhere to good practice in order to have the best possible impact on service users, which will ultimately increase your overall work satisfaction.
The Role:
- Act as agency panel advisor & support Agency Decision making process.
- Quality assure reports present to panel
- Help develop robust quality assurance mechanisms

Requirements:
- Experience working previously as Fostering Panel Advisor
- Drivers license & access to a vehicle
- Clear DBS
- Masters in Social Work
